i Xed out the window that allows yuh to pick and brushes when yuh click the paint brush…. can yuh tell meh how to re-open it?

My daughter made this image with pencil and crayons when she was around five years old. We later remade it with Flash and animated it so I simply just used the PNG, gave it a background, then cleaned it.
