Check to see if your layer’s opacity is set to like 50%. That is just one idea. The other is to check your materials pallet. See if you set the transparency (tick) there.

hey i got a problem if i turn the cut out red it turns pink!!

Sound would REALLY help here. I can’t keep up or squint enough to see what you are doing. I appreciate you posting this, but it does no good if you can’t understand what you are doing.
