Hi Hilikusburton. To feather you just have to hit CTRL + H, or you can go to Selections > Modify > Feather. I am sorry that the video is going too fast. You could try pausing between each step and see if that helps.

Heres a hint katiebelltutorials. Why dont you spend some of the time and energy that you waste criticizing everyone elses work, and start contributing some of your own work. You know, since you are expert and all. I see nothing productive in your channel. Actually the only thing I see is more criticism of others peoples work.

Having a bad day are we? When did it become moronic to help and teach other people? Many people find my video tutorials beneficial; however, I am sure you dont because you seem to be quite the expert already (sarcasm). Furthermore, there are multiple ways of achieving specific results with PSP. It is very flexible. And no, my goal was not to be cute. My goal is to be thorough as possible, so people actually learn about the many different toolsets and features PSP has to offer.

that is so retarded.. all u have to do is make a new layer change the blend mode to color and color over the eyes… people are moronic and do stuff way to complicated just to look cute
